Carla Sparkler
Partner
Carla's interest in healthcare began when she started working in her father's independently owned pharmacy, and she loved the idea of a career in healthcare that embodies helping others. She has over 25 years in healthcare including Managed Care Companies, Medical Providers, Specialty Pharmacies, and PBMs. Carla has worked in sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership. She volunteers her time for the American Association of Cancer Research and the Juvenile Diabetes Reseach Foundation.
Edward Sotherden

Ed's first part-time job during high school and college was with a T.P.A., and he has spent most of his career in healthcare. His experience includes sales, marketing, management, and managed care. He is a past board member at the Kelly Anne Dolan Memorial Fund, and currently volunteers with multiple healthcare non-profits.
Chai Gadde, RPh, MBA
Partner
Chai is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in all aspects of the pharmacy business. His experience includes clinical, operational, compliance, finance, sales, and business development. Currently he volunteers his time as a Trustee of the University of Delaware, and supports numerous domestic and international medical charities.
